You have a show to win. We design and build the stand, then handle everything around it: the drawings, the venue approvals, the production, the install and the dismantle. Brief us properly once, and the stand is ready at the handover time we agreed with you.
Travel, real estate, defence, aviation and technology, across shows in the UK, Europe and the Gulf. Have a look at what we have built, then tell us about yours.
Some stands are built from scratch in wood. Others sit on an aluminium frame dressed in seamless fabric graphics. The ones we are proudest of usually borrow from both. Tell us what the show needs to do and we will tell you which route gets you there.

When the idea will not fit a system, we build the system around the idea. Walls, counters, ceilings, flooring and shaped features are made to measure in wood, so the stand takes the shape you drew rather than the shape a catalogue allows. Venue rules, engineering and budget still apply, and we flag where they bite early, while the design can still absorb it.

A frame system that gets out of the way. An engineered aluminium structure, seamless SEG fabric graphics stretched over it, and custom-made hybrid elements wherever the design asks for them. The profiles and joints recede behind the graphics. What people see is your brand, not the kit holding it up.
The team behind your stand also delivers the event around it. Management is the smallest part of that.
Your event gets a concept, a decor design we build ourselves, a production plan and a space laid out from a blank floor plan to the last chair. Bring your own concept and we plan the space and the build around it. LED screens and AV come from our own stock, delivered, installed and supported by our team, and hired on their own if that is all you need.
Take the full scope from concept to get-out, or hand us the one piece you are missing.
Event management and production →

Our design studio, warehouse and workshop are in London, where every exhibition stand is drawn and managed. Production runs through exclusive workshops under Dum Event control in Germany, Poland, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, so the build can start close to your show rather than travel the length of a continent. Wherever it goes, our project manager goes with it, and local teams are on hand to solve things on the spot.
We start with what you need the show to do, not with a drawing.
If the ambition and the budget do not meet, you hear it now rather than three weeks in.
Concept, 3D visuals and technical drawings for approval. Or your existing design, developed for the build.
The paperwork that stops a build on site: organiser submissions, RAMS, method statements, rigging, power and water, where the venue requires them. We work from the current venue manual and to the organiser deadlines, so none of it is chasing you in the week of the show.
Built in our London workshop, or the controlled workshop closest to your show.
We hand the stand over ready to use at the agreed time, stay on site through the show, then take it all down.
Design, technical development, venue approvals, production, installation and dismantle all sit with one Dum Event project manager. The person answerable to you doesn’t change when the country does.
Design, technical coordination and project management stay in London. Production runs through exclusive, Dum Event-controlled workshops across Europe and the Middle East, so the build moves closer to your show instead of across a continent.
Design submissions, RAMS, method statements, structural calculations, rigging, power and water orders. We work from the current venue manual for every edition, not from memory.
Our job is not only to deliver a physical stand. It is to take the operational weight of the stand project off you, so you can focus on the show itself. At the exhibition, you are our guest.

Tell us about the show and we will come back with a free 3D concept and a properly costed proposal. No obligation, and no pressure if the timing is not right yet.

Bespoke stands built from custom wooden construction, and DUM FLEX™, our modular and hybrid system built on an engineered aluminium frame with seamless SEG graphics. Between them they cover shell scheme upgrades, island and peninsula stands, double-deck structures, national pavilions and hospitality builds. Plenty of projects use both: a frame base carrying custom-made features.
Bespoke builds the structure around the design. DUM FLEX develops the design through a flexible frame system and extends it with custom elements where it needs to. Neither is the budget version of the other. The right one depends on the concept, the venue and how the budget is best spent.
Yes, and we don’t just manufacture it. We review the design technically against the venue, the engineering and the budget, develop it into a buildable package, handle the organiser approvals, produce it and deliver it on site. If it was drawn around wooden construction and you’d like it in DUM FLEX, it may need adapting to suit the frame system. We’ll tell you what changes before you commit, not after.
As early as you can. The earlier we start, the more room there is in design, approvals and production. We don’t publish a standard lead time, because organiser submission deadlines, design readiness, approvals, materials and build-up windows differ show by show. Short timescales aren’t an automatic no: we assess them properly and tell you what’s realistic before you commit.
Yes. Transport, on-site build, electrical connections, graphics, handover at the agreed time, technical support through the show and post-show dismantle. Organiser submissions, RAMS, method statements, rigging and power orders are handled as part of the project. We work from the current venue manual for every edition.
We’ve delivered at ExCeL London, NEC Birmingham and Farnborough in the UK; Messe Berlin, RAI Amsterdam, Messe Düsseldorf, Messe Frankfurt, Messe München, Paris Nord Villepinte, Fira Barcelona, Fiera Milano and the Palais des Festivals in Cannes across Europe; and across Riyadh, Dubai and the wider Gulf. New venue, new rules. We work from the current organiser manual every time rather than from memory.
For bespoke builds, storage can be arranged as part of the project scope. We’ll confirm what’s practical for your structure, since not every build is designed to travel. With DUM FLEX the frame system returns to our stock; if a future stand keeps the same dimensions and artwork, your SEG graphics may be reusable after inspection. Either way, storage is agreed project by project rather than assumed.
Every stand is priced from what it actually needs: the design, the materials, the AV and LED, the venue, the location and the schedule. That is why we do not publish a per-m² rate. It would be wrong for most projects the moment you changed one thing. Send us the brief and the budget and we will tell you honestly what is achievable, before anyone spends time on drawings.
Tell us the show, the space and what you need it to do. You’ll get a free 3D concept, a properly costed proposal and one project manager accountable from brief to dismantle.
